The Melbourne Art Festival was freaking huge this year. 60,000 visitors, 250 artists and the most confusing art piece on the planet.
This festival took over downtown Melbourne for two days. They had a free shuttle from the mall. It's still not in the big leagues.
Just about every weekend there is at least one festival from January
till June.

If you can think of a name for a festival, Florida probably has
one.
There are several restaurants on The Pier. You can fish off the
pier for a fee. It also costs money to just walk out to end of
the pier past the restaurants. You also can walk back from the
end of the pier with your dead fish through the restaurants. Yummy.
